Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and basic Upwork bidding. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Indeed, and other online platforms.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Assist in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-up calls, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to improve conversion.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and lead pipelines.
- Achieve monthly lead generation.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Experience with Upwork bidding and freelance marketplace client acquisition.
- Good understanding of IT services, including: Web Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software Development, UI/UX Design, AI Solutions
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in proposal writing and requirement gathering.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to build client relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
