Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products within the designated territory.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Promote and detail Piramal Pharma Limited's product portfolio to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating product benefits and features.
- Manage and monitor product distribution channels, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely delivery.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for product development and strategy refinement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense statements in a timely manner.
- Organize and participate in medical camps, conferences, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
