Job Summary:
This position will be responsible to oversee and optimize operational processes across clinical trial supplies, warehouse operations, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, quality performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes across all areas of the business, including clinical trial supplies and day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance resource allocation, capacity planning, and inventory management to meet business objectives effectively.
- Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to address deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of comparator drugs and reference listed drugs (RLDs) from various countries.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic assessments to maintain quality and reliability of the supply chain.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize overall supply chain and minimize costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement efficient methodologies and process improvement techniques to eliminate time wasters, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Proven 10+ years of work experience as a Pharmaceutical Industry in Warehouse & Supply chain Operations, preferably in the clinical trial supplies, pharmaceuticals outsourcing team, comparator drug sourcing and supplies.
- Result driven orientation having solid customer service attitude.
- Must have keen attention to detail and possess proper phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to stay organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once.
- Person should be in position to travel for meetings and exhibitions and events.
- Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines.
- Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects.
- Administrative skills (MS Office and Google Workspace are required).
- Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.
- Bachelors’ / Masters’ Degree in health sciences, marketing, or related field of Pharmaceuticals.
