Ensuring execution of all check points of periodical maintenance plan of m/c Checklist Compliance Rate
Implementation & of breakdown countermeasure & checking effectiveness No. of Breakdowns
Ensure spare part availability No breakdown due to spare part unavailibility
Maintaining documents related to the breakdowns and machines Updated Machine History on daily basis
Poka Yoke check sheet verification Adherence of Poka Yoke verification as per schedule
Maintenance (Utility equipments) Ensuring daily checking of utility panels. No. of instance utility panels checking not done as per schedule.
To maintain the record of compressor room as per check sheet. No. of times Reading not taken as per schedule
Ensuring execution of all check points of periodical maintenance plan of utilities equipment's Adherence to Maintenance Schedule
Ensure spare part availability No breakdown due to spare part unavailibility
Transformers daily check points . Transformer health check up
Safety Near Miss reporting No. of First aid cases/nearmiss.
Execution of safety audit findings on time No. of
Quality Management Making document as per system requirement No. of QC presentation
Prepare 1 QC annually No. of Kaizens
Implementation of kaizen 5 per month
