- Develop Training Plan for National Civil Police (PNC) IT Programmers and Developers Design a training program so PNC IT personnel can maintain and update the Case Management System (CMS) post-project, present a technical training curriculum, training modules covering: CMS architecture and design, database administration, user management and security, system monitoring and alerting, backup and recovery procedures, common troubleshooting procedures, training materials (slides, manuals, practical exercises), schedule of training sessions. B. Develop Technical Manuals for CMS Maintenance Complete documentation of technical procedures so the PNC can independently maintain and update the CMS including:
- System Administration Manual: CMS startup and shutdown procedures, User and permission management, System performance monitoring, Logging and audit management
- Preventive Maintenance Manual: Maintenance checklist (daily, weekly, monthly, annual), Patch and version update procedures, Backup procedures, Disaster recovery procedures
- Technical Architecture Manual: Documentation of system components and modules, Data flow diagrams, API specifications, Database schema descriptions.
- Troubleshooting Guide: Common errors and solutions, diagnostic procedures, technical support contacts, Documentation delivered in English with practical examples C. Deliver Technical Training to PNC Direct training to PNC developers and system administrators on CMS operation and maintenance Provide training to PNC IT staff on the use, maintenance, and updating of the software, support end user training initiatives, and advise on and supply inputs for the development of an online course.
