Key Responsibilities
- Catalog Management & Optimization:
- Own the creation, maintenance, and organization of product listings on Amazon (Seller Central), Flipkart (Seller Hub), Myntra Portal, Shopify, and other emerging marketplaces.
- Ensure absolute accuracy of product data, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and imagery.
- Artwork & Packaging Closure:
- Manage the end-to-end closure of physical product assets for all shipments, including MRP labels, user manuals, warranty cards, leaflets, and carton box designs.
- Lead the design closure process for new product developments (NPD), coordinating with internal design teams to ensure brand compliance and regulatory standards.
- Content Creation & Brand Alignment:
- Write, edit, and optimize product copy to enhance on-page SEO, improve conversion rates, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Work with the creative team to brief and finalize high-quality product images and lifestyle photography.
- Data Integrity & Auditing:
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve errors, duplications, or inconsistencies within the catalog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Sales) to verify and update product information in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for integrating new product launches and updates into the catalog, ensuring timely execution across all platforms.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify discrepancies in product information. Proactively address inaccuracies to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze catalog performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, search rankings, sales data). Prepare actionable reports to drive continuous improvement in listing quality.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks in the cataloging workflow and implement streamlined processes to improve team efficiency and speed-to-market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven 3-4 years of experience in catalog management, E commerce websites, handling Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub. Myntra Portal) & Shopify portal is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Amazon/ Flipkart / Myntra / Shopify (product uploads, collections, and bulk editing).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for basic image editing and asset preparation.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends in eCommerce to continuously recommend and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Ability to leverage AI automation tools in daily to day work.
