Role Overview: The person will be a part of the marketing execution and analytics team for major US BFSI client Responsible for the strategic implementation and optimization of the Marketo platform to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in learning and development of new team members Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:
Overseeing the overall Marketo instance, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Managing user access, permissions, and roles. Configuring and maintaining Marketo settings, workflows, and integrations.
Training and Support:
Providing training and support to marketing team members on Marketo usage.
Acting as a knowledge base for Marketo best practices.
Process Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes and automation. Implementing new Marketo features and functionalities.
Documentation: Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation for Marketo processes and procedures.
Adhere to project deliverables and controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics 4-8 years’ experience using Adobe Marketo Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration with Marketo. Experience in Adobe technology stack (Adobe Marketo, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager) Strong technical aptitude: Understanding of database structures, APIs, and data management. Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data management and configuration. Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
