Job Title: Manager, Brand Marketing

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced personnel with 6-8 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining positive sentiment, developing and executing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking & Monitoring: Liaise with the ORM agency and actively monitor and track brand mentions across digital channels (Forums, Quora, Reddit, app stores and so on)
  • Process Deployment: Execute the end-to-end ORM process, from flagging risks and URLs to tracking sentiment trends.
  • Reporting: Take ownership of monthly reporting, crisis led reporting, translating raw data into actionable insights to help the team identify what’s working and where to improve.
  • Agency Operations: Manage the day-to-day deployment of content with our social media agencies. From briefing process, feedback loops, and ensuring all assets go live on time.
  • Content creation & Deployment: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and agencies to create content for initiatives and IPs like IDFC FIRST Academy and Safe Banking on digital platforms.
  • On-Ground Execution: Lead the digital execution for brand events and sponsorships. Channel Amplification: Execute the distribution plan for event content, ensuring every channel is leveraged to generate buzz and engagement.
  • Identify and recruit relevant influencers for brand partnerships based on campaign objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Develop and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign briefs, contracts, and performance tracking.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, ORM and best practices
  • Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Konnect, Locobuzz, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ORM and content marketing.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)

Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
