Job Description
Reporting to the Business Leadership, you will:
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a state-of-the-art production facility.
- Drive production performance, operational efficiency, and on-time customer delivery.
- Oversee quality, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, and plant administration.
- Ensure optimum capacity utilization, production planning, and resource management.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build a strong quality culture and drive customer-focused manufacturing excellence.
- Lead EHS initiatives and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate standards.
- Develop and mentor high-performing leadership teams across plant functions.
- Drive inventory optimization, budget management, and working capital efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, audits, and governance requirements.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Brings 20-25 years of manufacturing leadership experience in hydraulics, automotive, heavy engineering, or allied industries.
- Proven track record of leading large manufacturing plants and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, and EHS practices.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization with a strong customer and performance focus.
