About the Role

We are hiring a D2C Manager who brings a founder-level mindset and experience in building or scaling D2C brands. Ideal candidates include ex-Founders, ex-Co-founders, early operators, or professionals who have driven strong growth in D2C businesses.

You will own the end-to-end D2C growth engine — revenue, performance marketing, retention, funnel optimisation, and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly D2C revenue, P&L, and growth strategy.
  • Manage and optimise CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, repeat rate.
  • Lead Meta, Google, influencer-led performance, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Improve website funnels, landing pages, CRO, and customer journey.
  • Manage CRM, retention, automation (Klaviyo, WhatsApp, email flows).
  • Drive partnerships with creators, agencies, affiliates, and communities.
  • Bring a startup/owner mindset — build processes, solve problems, move fast.


Ideal Candidate

  • Ex-Founder / Ex-Co-Founder / early team member OR
  • Strong D2C experience in growth, marketing, sales, BD, or brand
  • Deep understanding of Shopify, performance marketing, CRM, analytics
  • Strong execution, data-driven thinking, and entrepreneurial speed

Good to Have: Beauty, Derma, Wellness, Personal Care, FMCG experience.
