Manager - User Adoption & Engagement
WrkTalk DigiSec AI Pvt Ltd
WrkTalk DigiSec AI Pvt Ltd is a young enterprise technology product company with a privacy-first corporate communication platform built for organizations that take data confidentiality, compliance, and control seriously.
The product is built. The response from the market has been exceptional. Large enterprises such as Adani Group, L&T Finance, Kalyan Jewellers, DCB Bank, Manipal Technologies and others have already adopted WrkTalk.
Founded by experienced founders with previous successful ventures behind them, WrkTalk is still a young company, but already profitable and scaling rapidly. We are now building the enterprise sales and delivery engine that will power the hyperscale expansion of a product that the world's largest enterprises are already choosing.
Who will you work with?
Our Business teams are led by a leader who has once grown a platform from its very first client to a consumer base of over a billion users — making that organization profitable and the largest in their industry, and taking it through Series A, B, and C fundraising rounds. She now leads the Business teams for WrkTalk. You will work directly with her on adoption and engagement priorities.
At the same time, you will be embedded in the product and delivery team, working closely with engineering leads, product managers, and client-facing teams to ensure programs are scoped, tracked, and delivered with precision. You will interface regularly with senior stakeholders — both internal and at client organizations, including CIOs, CISOs, and HR leaders.
What will you do?
This is a hands-on, dual-mandate role that combines technical program delivery with enterprise adoption and engagement. Once WrkTalk is deployed at a client, you will own its end-to-end success — from technical onboarding and integration through to the workshops, training, and leadership engagement that drive real usage. This is not passive account management; it is enterprise adoption building of a new category product.
Program & Technical Delivery
- Own the full program lifecycle: requirements gathering, sprint planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and release coordination
- Work with engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive system integrations with enterprise clients — APIs, SSO, MDM, DLP, and other enterprise infrastructure components
- Manage technical onboarding for enterprise deployments, ensuring smooth configuration, data migration, and go-live execution
- Identify technical bottlenecks, escalate risks proactively, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams
- Maintain program dashboards, technical documentation, integration runbooks, and delivery trackers
- Collaborate with QA to define test plans, oversee UAT cycles, and ensure quality gates are met before release
Adoption, Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of WrkTalk and user engagement across client organizations
- Conduct user workshops, leadership sessions, training programs, and engagement initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts post-deployment, managing stakeholder communications and escalations
- Coordinate with client CIOs, CISOs, and IT teams to align on timelines, scope changes, and delivery expectations
- Support the business team in scoping new client requirements, estimating delivery effort, and contributing to proposals
- Help customers derive measurable value from WrkTalk through regular health reviews, ensuring strong client retention
Who should apply?
- 4–7 years of experience across Customer Success, Enterprise Engagement, Consulting, SaaS Adoption, Business Analysis, or Program/Technical Project Management — preferably in a SaaS, enterprise tech, or consulting environment
- Prior experience owning requirements, writing specs, and managing delivery timelines is essential
- MBA from a premier institution (IIMs or other leading business schools) or an engineering degree from a reputed institution preferred; equivalent demonstrated capability will also be considered
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments: APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and enterprise IT workflows
- Proficiency with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalents) and strong documentation practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — equally comfortable writing a technical specification and presenting a program update to a CXO
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and the ability to distil complex technical topics into clear language for technical and non-technical audiences alike
- High ownership mindset — you notice what needs doing and you do it without being told
What's in it for you?
- Market-rate compensation. Spend 3–4 years in this role and perform well, and the experience will be transformative. You will deliver complex technology programs across India's largest enterprises while building a network many sales and delivery professionals take 10–12 years to build.
- You will gain deep credibility at the intersection of enterprise technology and program delivery, develop a powerful CXO-level network across major corporations, and achieve personal and professional growth that few roles can offer. If you truly hit the ball out of the park, there will be an opportunity to participate in decisive wealth creation.
- If you are looking for comfort, this isn't for you. If you are looking for velocity, pressure, growth, and the chance to build something significant, we should talk.
A word about the pace
WrkTalk moves fast. Very fast. You may find yourself flying to multiple cities in the same week — sometimes changing more than one airport in a day. This is a high-intensity, high-velocity environment where the learning curve is steep, the exposure is extraordinary, and we expect a lot.
The pace is not for everyone, and we respect that. But if you find energy in ambiguity, ownership in challenges, and have the grit to push through a door that isn't yet open — this will be one of the most transformative chapters of your professional life.
