We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Director to establish, lead, and scale our B2C Sales function. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams from the ground up, driving revenue, and creating scalable sales processes.
Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and managing CloudHire's B2C Sales team. The sales representatives receive pre-qualified and pre-booked appointments from the Pre-Sales team and are responsible for converting these prospects into paid CloudHire subscribers during the sales call.
You will own the complete sales function—from hiring and training to performance management, coaching, analytics, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build systems, develop people, and consistently deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
Team Building & Leadership
- Build the B2C Sales team from scratch.
- Recruit, interview, and hire high-performing sales professionals.
- Develop the organizational structure required to scale the team to 50–100 members.
- Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture.
Training & Development
- Design and implement onboarding and training programs.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on objection handling, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct regular floor coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Ensure continuous skill development across the team.
Sales Operations & Revenue Growth
- Own overall sales performance and revenue targets.
- Drive conversion of pre-booked sales appointments into successful subscriptions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Establish scalable sales processes and best practices.
Performance Management
• Monitor individual and team KPIs including:
Revenue
Conversion Rate
Productivity
Call Quality
Customer Experience
• Manage daily sales operations and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Sales Analytics & Process Improvement
- Analyze sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize processes, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Recommend and implement innovative strategies to improve sales efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and business planning.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in B2C Sales.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading large inside sales teams.
• Proven experience in scaling sales teams from the ground up.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue through inside sales teams.
• Experience managing teams of 50–100 sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, reporting, CRM systems, and performance analytics.

Work Schedule
- Location: Remote
- Preferred Candidate Location: Hyderabad
- Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST)
- Working Days: Sales operations run 7 days a week on a roster basis.
- Weekly Offs: Alternate week offs as per roster.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹14–16 LPA
- Variable Pay: Attractive performance-based incentives with significant earning potential.
