Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Intern role based in Mumbai. The intern will support the sales and marketing teams by identifying potential clients, compiling contact lists, and qualifying new leads through online research and direct outreach. Daily tasks include conducting market research, using digital platforms to find and verify prospect information, updating CRM or lead management tools, and coordinating with team members to refine lead criteria. The intern will also assist in drafting outreach messages, tracking responses, and preparing simple reports on lead generation performance. This role offers exposure to practical sales processes and the opportunity to learn how structured lead pipelines contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Leads and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and maintain prospect lists.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research, including gathering and analyzing data on industries, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with prospects and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in learning structured sales and outreach processes.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, basic proficiency in spreadsheets or CRM tools, comfort working with online research platforms, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
