Responsible For
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, online research, business directories, and other outbound channels.
  • Cold Calling: Make regular outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company’s services, understand their requirements, handle initial objections, and schedule meetings.
  • Cold Email Outreach: Draft, personalize, and send cold emails to targeted prospects. Manage follow-up sequences and track responses to improve campaign performance.
  • Prospect Research: Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and relevant contacts to build accurate and qualified prospect lists.
  • LinkedIn Prospecting: Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with decision-makers, initiate conversations, and generate potential sales opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on their business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and suitability for the company’s services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified discovery calls, sales meetings, and product or service discussions with prospective clients.
  • Follow-Up Management: Conduct timely, consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and service-related information to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Assist in negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and agreements to support successful business closures.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales stages in the CRM or internal tracking system.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, target markets, and emerging opportunities to improve outbound sales strategies.
