Role: Category Management Sr. Team Member Location: Nagpur Experience: 5 – 9 Years Shift: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shifts
Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Category Management, and Management of strategic sourcing, RFx (RFQ, RFP, RFI) Management, Tender document creation, Conducting Sourcing Events, Supplier Selection and Qualification, Contract creation, Negotiation and contract management etc.
- Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP SAP ERP
- Indirect category exposure like Advertising, Marketing, Travel, Facilities etc.
- Service industry experience
Responsibilities: To Perform and Deliver the following activities:
- Sourcing Event Management
- Manage and understand business requirements for inclusion in the Business Case and obtain financial approval to proceed
- Finalize the specification and develop commercial tender documents which are aligned with business’s requirements and suitable to go to market
- Manage low-value sourcing events in line with relevant policies
- Evaluate & select suppliers in line with relevant policies
- Draft & perform Quality Assurance on Contracts
- Upload and manage e-Commercial Contracts
- Liaising with clients about any changes in the Policies
