Gramik is looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, and last-mile logistics.

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 4–7 Years

Joining: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations – inward, GRN, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
Ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy with proper batch & expiry tracking
Drive fast order fulfilment and on-time deliveries
Handle transporters, logistics partners & route planning
Control RTO, NDR, damages & logistics costs
Lead warehouse teams & ensure SOP adherence
Track daily KPIs and MIS

What We’re Looking For

Experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / FMCG / Agri / Distribution
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS & inventory systems
Hands-on, data-driven, and strong team management skills
