- Agronomist Team Leader
- Junior Agronomist Team Leader Job Type: Full-Time Location: Agra Office, Uttar Pradesh Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture Experience: 3–4 Years (Preferred in Agri E-commerce Industry) Joining: Immediate
➼ Guide farmers on crop management and product usage.
➼ Handle online agronomy support and customer queries.
➼ Lead and mentor a team of agronomists.
➼ Build strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
➼ Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Desired Skills
➼ Strong agronomy and crop advisory knowledge.
➼ Team leadership and people management skills.
➼ Customer relationship management.
➼ Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
➼ Knowledge of agri-inputs and e-commerce operations.
Experience Required
3–4 years of experience in the Agri E-commerce or Agri-input industry.
Experience in agronomy, farmer advisory, or team management is preferred.
