Sales & Marketing Executive

- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and guide the sales team (counsellors, sales executives, co-ordinators)
- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Handle both inside sales (calls, walk-ins) and field sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities through partnerships and field visits
- Ensure proper handling of patient inquiries and high conversion rates
- Maintain and analyze sales reports, MIS, and CRM data
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for seamless patient experience
- Resolve escalations and ensure patient satisfaction
