The Role

  • Recruitment at WWS is not a support function — it is a strategic one. You own full-cycle hiring, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding. But your responsibility does not end at offer acceptance — you own retention.
  • You are not filling positions – You are building teams that stay.

What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities

  • Recruitment strategy — Partnering with team leads to plan hiring and execute sourcing strategies
  • Candidate evaluation — Screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring consistent assessment standards
  • Offer management — Rolling out offers, tracking acceptance, and maintaining hiring data
  • Onboarding ownership — Managing documentation, BGV, and induction processes
  • Training coordination — Aligning new hires with required training and team readiness
  • Retention tracking — Monitoring early attrition and improving hiring/onboarding based on insights

Non-Negotiable Metric

Time-to-Fill ≤ 25 Day

First-Year Retention ≥ 90%

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ year in recruitment / talent acquisition / HR
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Mandatory)
  • Communication: Strong stakeholder and candidate interaction skills
  • Persistence: Ability to manage multiple roles and close positions effectively
  • Documentation: Organized tracking and reporting of hiring data
