Job Description
- Lead overall plant operations, manufacturing performance, and production planning.
- Drive operational discipline, productivity improvements, and shop-floor governance.
- Manage end-to-end production runs while ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved.
- Lead and engage a workforce comprising employees and contract labor across multiple shifts.
- Work closely with customers to ensure service excellence and support long-term business relationships.
- Implement lean manufacturing, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to improve profitability and move the business towards higher-value customer segments.
- Drive workforce capability, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.
- Around 10-15 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong background in factory operations, production management, or plant leadership roles.
- Experience in automated manufacturing environments with exposure to robotics and production automation.
- Proven track record of managing large workforces and multi-shift operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, productivity improvement, quality systems, and operational controls.
- Experience working with automotive, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or related sectors would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on leader with strong execution capability, customer-facing experience, and the ability to build structure and discipline within a growing manufacturing operation.
