Job Title: Site HR Admin & Compliance

Job Type: Full-Time


We are seeking a highly experienced Site HR Admin & Compliance professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clra bocw regulations and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR administrative functions at the site
  • Ensure compliance with clra, bcow regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct training sessions on compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with management to address any compliance issues

Work Experience


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR administration
  • Expertise in clra, bcow regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
