Required Skills and Experience:
- OpenShift: Proficiency in OpenShift Container Platform administration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Kubernetes/Rancher: Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts, architectures, and APIs.
- Docker: Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration.
- Linux: Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and administration.
- DevOps/CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Networking: Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, switch configuration.
- Storage: Understanding of storage technologies and their integration with OpenShift.
- Security: Awareness of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist (RHCS): Red Hat OpenShift Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with OpenShift Dedicated or other cloud-based OpenShift deployments.
- Experience with Ansible or other automation tools, pythons, Terraforms"
