Primary Responsibilities

Maintain and setup computer systems (servers, desktops, laptops).
Manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VPN.
Maintain BlackBoxMail server and CCTV camera systems.
Manage PPMS software, data entries, and programmer coordination.
Support and backup software for CNC, SPM, and PLC-based machines.
Manage IT procurement and internet troubleshooting.

Design And Coordination

Design product packaging using CorelDraw and Photoshop.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage IT-related purchasing.
