P2C3STS- A strong background in supporting DevOps tools, with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience; exposure to distributed application support is also highly desirable.

Direct experience using monitoring and debugging tools, such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Synthetic Monitoring (DSM), Splunk, Kibana, or Grafana.
Proficiency in investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents and inquiries related to DevX applications (such as Gitlab, CICD, JIRA, and SonarQube).
Hands-on experience with databases and query languages, including SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres, with the ability to write simple queries.
Solid working knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows environments and familiarity with standard Unix/Windows commands.
Experience with scripting languages—such as Shell Scripting, Python, or Windows PowerShell.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, including containers, Docker, and command line interfaces (CLI).
Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java or .NET) and the ability to comprehend code.
Experience with defect tracking tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar.
