Job Description- Marketing Manager- Cardiology


Role Summary

Lead the marketing function for the Cardiology Business by driving portfolio growth, brand leadership, product launches, market expansion, and customer engagement to achieve business objectives. The role will work closely with sales, clinical affairs, regulatory, and KOLs to create impactful marketing initiatives, support product launches, and strengthen market positioning across target segments


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Drive product positioning, branding, and portfolio lifecycle management.
  • Lead new product launches and market development initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, cardiologists, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Drive scientific marketing through CMEs, conferences, and educational programs.
  • Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Partner with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D teams for business growth.
  • Lead digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Strong exposure to Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart, CRM, or related cardiology therapies.
  • Proven experience in product launches, portfolio management, and KOL engagement.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.

Education

  • MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
