Job Description For Purchase Department

Division: Plant | Post: Purchase Manager / Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Purchase Manager / Engineer to join our team!

Co-ordinate improvements in quality with vendors to comply with company norms
Ensure no production delays because of raw-material supply
Maintain adequate inventory levels and credit periods for health cash-flow
On-time procurement of raw material such as castings, copper-winding, steel, bearings, stampings, etc used as components of pumps and motors
Responsible for new vendor search, evaluation, registration, and management
Skilled in price reduction, negotiations, and costing calculation activities
Work closely with engineering for RFQ and with manufacturing for PP
