We are looking for a motivated and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills—especially in English—and a passion for sales and client engagement. This role involves promoting our training services and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Provide detailed information about our training programs and services
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM)
  • Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, email outreach, and event follow-ups

Requirements

  • Minimum graduate in any discipline
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education sector preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and a persuasive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails)
