Role Summary:
The HR Executive (Site-Based) will be responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions at the project site including attendance, manpower reporting, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The role acts as a key HR representative at the site level, ensuring smooth coordination between site operations and the head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and documentation at the project site.
- Maintain and update daily attendance, leave records, and manpower data.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and welfare concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.) in coordination with Head Office HR.
- Maintain HR MIS and submit timely reports (weekly/monthly) to the central HR team.
- Coordinate and conduct induction for new staff and workers at site.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies at site.
- Liaise with contractors/subcontractors regarding labour deployment, documentation, and compliance.
- Facilitate training and awareness sessions on safety, compliance, and HR policies.
- Assist in organizing welfare and employee engagement activities on site.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and site-level HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to independently manage site HR operations.
- Exposure to handling contractors and labour compliance documentation preferred.
