Job Purpose

To plan & monitor the upkeep of movement area, coordination for VVIP movements with PMO / SPG & issuance of Work permits in accordance with the regulatory compliance at DIAL to ensure smooth airside operations.

Key Performance Indicators

To monitor the upkeep of movement area & FOD free procedures in compliance with ICAO and DGCA Regulations and recommendations.

  • No. of audits (internal & external)
  • No. of non-compliance recorded
  • No. of observations closed


Vendor management & monitoring the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • On time renewal of contracts
  • No. of penalties imposed
  • Deficiency in documentations
  • Planned v/s actuals
  • No. of grievances handled (indirect).


To attend & act on meetings held for VVIP movements

  • No. of VVIP movements handled.
  • No. of observations / feedback received
  • No. of such observation closed


Man management, development & discipline

  • Employee engagement score
  • No. of meeting with team to resolve their grievance


Monitor the issuance of Work Permits at IGI airside

  • No. of work permits issued
  • No. of discrepancy observed at site

Suggestions to improve the working of Services activities by initiating new / benchmark practices.

Education Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline. PG degree in Aviation Management will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ICAO annexures, ACI and relevant IATA Manuals.
  • DGR/L&T/World Tracer/Airport Planner/Path Planner will be added advantages
  • Knowledge and understanding of functioning of Airlines and Airports and requirements thereof.


Working knowledge of all Statutory Rules Labour, Industrial, AAI Act, Aviation Rules, Customs Act and Basic Indian Penal Codes

Relevant Experience

12 years & above Experience in Airlines / Hotel or facility management
