We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to manage and maintain day-to-day HR operations and implement HR processes. You must be an excellent communicator, proactive and shall have excellent organizational skills.

Job Requirements:-
- Recruitment - Screening, interview scheduling.
- Should be involved in all generalist activities.
- Joining & Exit formalities, attendance, leave management, grievance handling, employee engagement, Database management
- Salary negotiation & appraisals
- Good computer and email communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills and personality.
- MBA/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- Proven experience in HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics and reliability
- 6 months - 2-year experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
For Freshers: As per the industry norms
Experience: 1-2 years
Fresher with good English and creative skills can also apply (Who have completed their internship in the relevant field.)
