The Role

As Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the employer segment, targeting large and mid-sized organisations seeking to improve their early careers, graduate, and volume hiring programmes.

This is a hands-on, quota-carrying sales role responsible for the full sales cycle: developing new opportunities, converting inbound leads, and managing opportunities through to successful close.

You will have responsibility for selling modular and bundled solutions from across the Unseen ecosystem:

  • Assessment Technology
  • Candidate / Employee Engagement
  • Assessment Design and Psychometric Solutions
  • Recruitment Process Support Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of target employer accounts across sectors.
  • Convert inbound, marketing-qualified leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain the CRM system.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand employer challenges and opportunities.
  • Design & propose integrated Unseen solutions, from individual modules to product bundles.
  • Work closely with Product Specialists to deliver tailored demos and proposals.
  • Liaise with Onboard/Delivery teams and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth client handover, platform activation, and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends in talent technology, automation, and volume recruitment.
  • Represent Unseen at conferences, webinars, and roundtables.

Success Measures

  • Achievement of agreed new business revenue targets
  • Creation of qualified pipeline valued at 3 to 4x sales target
  • Strong conversion rates - MQL to Opp, Lead to Opp, Opp to Win
  • Consistent progression of opportunities through the pipeline
  • Growth in average deal value through multi-product/bundled sales
  • Identification and close of cross portfolio sales opportunities

Experience & Competencies

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within HR technology, talent solutions, or RPO.
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Confident at engaging senior HR, TA, EB, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High levels of initiative, curiosity, and commercial acumen.
  • Experience selling platforms, ecosystems, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with early careers, graduate, or volume recruitment markets.
  • Understanding of psychometric or assessment technologies.
