Job Description:

Weare seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our team and help us build innovative web applications. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows, along with Node.js for backend development. You will also work with the team to integrate these components with the backend API services. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

Responsibilities

Develop user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows, such as Redux, Flux, and Context API.
Build reusable and scalable frontend components that can be used across multiple projects.
Design and implement responsive web designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
Develop backend services using Node.js and Express.js, including RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
Collaborate with the team to define and implement APIs for frontend-backend communication.
Work with databases such as MongoDB to store and retrieve data for web applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development, and incorporate them into our projects where applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role (assignments and self projects).
Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax
Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, and Context API).
Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like Sass or Less.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
