- Knowledge in detailed Heating/Cooling load calculation
- Design, application, and selection of HVAC high side equipment and hydronic systems including chillers, condensing units, heat pumps, water heating station, cooling towers, pumps, water piping, valves, and associated system accessories.
- Design, application, and selection of HVAC air side / low side equipment including air handling units, fans, filters, cooling / heating coils, heaters, humidifiers etc.
- Design of P&ID and layout preparation of duct systems including supply, return and exhaust duct, grills/diffusers, volume dampers, fire dampers, etc.
- Well conversant with International & local codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE etc.)
- General knowledge of HVAC system controls desirable (at least basic idea of HVAC Operation & Control Philosophy).
- Experience in using HVAC design tools, such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review (SPR), AutoCAD / MicroStation etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines/successful completion of deliverables.
- Ability to communicate and work well with other departments.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical, thorough, resourceful and detail oriented.

- Proficiency in Cooling / Heating Load Estimation through CARRIER HAP and MS Excel
- Experience of preparing 3D model through Revit MEP is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience of 3D Model Review Platform like SPR (Smart Plant Review), Navisworks etc.
- Experience of Drafting in AutoCAD, MicroStation 2D etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
