AI/ML Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive end-to-end development of machine learning solutions, lead a high-performing team, and deliver impactful AI initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Build and deploy scalable ML/AI models and pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI solutions.
- Oversee MLOps practices, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Identify AI use cases and drive technical strategy.
- Strong expertise in ML/DL algorithms, NLP, computer vision.
- Hands-on with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of vector databases and transformer models.
