Job Summary

TDSI Pharma is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new potential customers and promoting TDSI Pharma’s products and services to healthcare professionals namely Doctors, Hospitals, Health Clinics, Chemists there by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the company’s growth and success. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing team, managing performance and building culture to meet organizational need. The position occupies a very vital role as it is eyes and nose of the organization and is the 2nd line position in the Field Sales Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales Manager (RBM) is responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners in the region
  • Identifying new potential customers
  • Communicating with existing customers
  • Working closely with other departments
  • Ensuring recruitment/ hiring of competent ABMs, TMs, PSRs and build a strong sales team in their region.
  • Managing and overseeing a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Professional Service Representatives (PSRs) within a specific geographical region
  • Forecasting and achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Implementing product sales and promotion strategies as defined by the company.
  • Analysing development needs during review meetings and joint fieldwork with ASMs and PSRs.
  • Planning and execution of all marketing/ sales activities.
  • Conducting/ Organizing sales and product training as and when required.
  • Closely co-ordinating activities of Area Business Managers and Professional Service Representatives during State/ National level events, seminars, conferences and exhibitions.
  • Assigning tasks through Area Manager and getting feedback/reports in a defined manner which helps in the development of both.
  • Managing staff and expanding the customer base

Qualifications

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • – Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • -Have proven track record of 2-3 years as Area Business Manager.
  • – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Experience of at least 5 plus years in team management.
  • – Excellent leadership qualities, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • – Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • – Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ERP software.
  • – Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance is a plus.
