completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, while managing on-site

operations.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management:
Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and architects to define requirements and

deliverables

Monitor progress, making adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
Site Engineering:
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety,

and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Resolve on-site issues promptly.
Manage all site supervisors, ensuring efficient and effective on-site operations.
Coordinate with architects to ensure alignment with project specifications and

requirements.

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective performance and

communication.

Conduct regular meetings to review progress and address issues.
Prepare and submit progress reports for site engineers.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare status reports.
Ensure proper archiving of all project documents.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety.
Overall Responsibility:
Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with company

policies and standards.

Ensure that all project-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
