Telecaller Job | Outbound Calling & Lead Generation Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The

Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing

customers to generate leads, provide information, or resolve queries. A successful

candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to promote products/services or collect feedback.

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database with relevant details.

Follow up with leads/customers as per call schedule.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.

Key Skills & Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

Quick learner with a target-driven and result-oriented approach.
