- Drive competitive benchmarking across AI-first and digital product ecosystems.
- Create AI interaction models, conversational journeys, and decision-based interaction flows.
- Define information architecture (IA), sitemaps, and navigation models for complex AI systems.
- Design ethical and responsible AI interfaces that communicate system and agentic behavior, confidence, and outputs effectively.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, integrating AI-driven UI patterns and micro-interactions.
- Define UX-led solution architecture that integrates AI agents, data, and engineering considerations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to validate the technical feasibility of AI-powered experiences.
- Establish scalable design patterns, reusable components, and AI design system guidelines.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered products through intuitive and trustworthy HX.
- Improve user decision-making and engagement through transparent AI interactions.
- Enable faster design-to-development cycles using AI-assisted workflows and design systems.
- Translate AI concepts into user-centric experiences for business stakeholders.
- Validate design concepts with customers through co-creation and usability testing.
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams on AI model behavior representation.
- Ensure adherence to Experience Design frameworks and governance standards.
- Manage project sign-off, delivery quality gates, and closure documentation.
- Maintain design artifact repositories and knowledge archives.
- Continuously track and apply emerging trends in AI, Generative UX, and interaction design to improve product experiences and design practices.
- Document and present the project delivery approach, covering key decisions, process, outcomes, and learnings.
