You’ll Make a Difference By

Training Delivery

  • Conduct planned instructor-led and virtual training sessions for engineering teams.
  • Deliver technical and functional training programs aligned with business requirements.
  • Evaluate learner progress and training effectiveness.

Training Content Development

  • Develop, prepare, and maintain training materials and course content.
  • Modify and update existing training modules based on product enhancements and business needs.
  • Design new training modules to support evolving engineering requirements.
  • Create and maintain training exercises and assessments.

Product & Process Expertise

  • Test product functionality within training exercises and laboratory environments.
  • Validate revised course materials against new software and hardware releases.
  • Build expertise on new products, engineering tools, and operational processes.

Training Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain training records and documentation.
  • Track internal and external training activities.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
  • Support training-related organizational initiatives.

Competency Management

  • Support competency assessment and development programs.
  • Maintain and update competency management systems and associated data.
  • Analyze competency gaps and recommend training interventions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support tool development initiatives related to training and competency management.
  • Drive improvements in team efficiency, productivity, and training accuracy.
  • Gather and incorporate learner and stakeholder feedback to enhance training effectiveness.

Your Success Is Grounded In

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in technical training, engineering training, or learning & development within engineering environments.
  • Preferred experience in:
    • HVAC systems
    • Building Automation Systems (BAS)
    • Sensors, valves, and controller selection
    • Engineering design and automation environment
Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
  • Sound knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of Building Automation Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and identify competency gaps.
