Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner


Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate functions including Finance, Legal, HR, Corporate Strategy, Sustainability, Company Secretary, Controllership, and other support functions.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely closure of mandates.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and recruitment partners.
  • Enhance candidate and new hire experience through seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to drive people agendas aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, talent management, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support managers in workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across functions.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs to implement key people processes and programs.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, promotion cycles, and potential assessments.
  • Identify high-potential talent and support development planning.
  • Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness and employee performance.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics including attrition, headcount, and talent outcomes.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
  • Drive manpower planning and budgeting exercises.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with business requirements.
  • Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development across functions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic people initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and HR strategy.
