Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your HR operations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure smooth and timely execution of HR operations activities, with a strong focus on statutory compliance, employee benefit administration, and trust management. You’ll specifically take care of managing employee benefit schemes like Gratuity, Provident Fund (PF), National Pension System (NPS), and Superannuation, but also focus on compliance activities and process improvements.
We’ll look to you for:
- End-to-end management of Gratuity, Superannuation, and Trust-related activities
- Timely and accurate processing of employee benefits like NPS, insurance, and service awards
- Proactive stakeholder management to ensure satisfaction and avoid escalations
- Issuance of PR/PO, invoice clearance, and vendor payment tracking
- Driving learning and improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations delivery
- Ensuring effective employee lifecycle support, process governance, and data management
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Hands-on experience in Gratuity administration and Trust management
- Proficiency in handling Superannuation, NPS, and payroll coordination
- Knowledge of HRIS tools and statutory compliance activities
- Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling capabilities
- Proficiency in HRMS, Excel, and MIS reporting

- Ability to work under timelines and compliance pressure
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
- Work with new security standards for rail signalling
- Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
- Contribute to innovative projects
- Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment
- Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
- Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
- Progress towards leadership roles in HR operations or compliance management
