Admin Manager/Senior Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering efficient administration, facilities, vendor, compliance, workplace, and employee support services while ensuring operational excellence, safety, cost control, and workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Facility Operations (Regional Offices), ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Agreements & Compliance Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Guest House Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage ISO Audits, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Space & Parking Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Vendor Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Transport Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Cross-functional Coordination, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Reports & Analytics, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage Event Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
