Role Description The Performance Marketer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving measurable growth through data-led marketing campaigns. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing across channels such as paid search, social media advertising, display campaigns, and lead generation funnels. The Performance Marketer will track key metrics, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports and insights, refining audience targeting, improving landing page performance, and recommending new strategies to increase qualified leads for franchise brands. The role also requires staying up to date with performance marketing trends and tools relevant to franchising and digital customer acquisition.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong performance marketing skills, including paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and display advertising.
- Candidates should possess data and analytics skills, such as campaign tracking, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing and lead generation skills, including experience with marketing funnels, CRM tools, and conversion rate optimization.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, content, design, and senior stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with prior experience in performance marketing or growth-focused roles.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, preferably with experience in franchising, consulting, or related industries.
