AWS Cloud application support

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to analyse client business processes and conduct detailed market and benchmarking studies to evaluate process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.

Experience:8 Years

AWS Cloud application support with hands-on experience in Kubernetes (EKS), including deployment, troubleshooting, and monitoring

Strong experience in shell scripting for automation and issue resolution

Hands-on experience in writing and optimizing database scripts (SQL - Oracle/SQL Server)

Experience in production support and incident management (L2/L3 support)

Knowledge of application monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch)

Exposure to troubleshooting performance issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers

Basic understanding of networking concepts (ports, load balancers, security groups)

Experience in handling batch processing and scheduling tools

Domain knowledge in banking/compliance systems (preferred, not mandatory)

Mandatory Skills: App-Cloud-Kubernetes .
