Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

- Seeking two exceptional Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to help accelerate its transformation into an AI-native, engineering-led technology company. This is not a traditional Project Manager role.
- We are looking for highly technical leaders who can partner with engineering organizations to drive large-scale technology transformation, AI adoption, and platform modernization.
- The ideal candidate brings the mindset and execution style commonly found in leading technology companies such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar engineering-driven organizations.
- They are comfortable working in ambiguous environments, influencing senior technical leaders, and driving execution across complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs involving AI, cloud, platform engineering, and software modernization. Partner closely with Engineering Directors, Distinguished Engineers, Product Management, Architecture, Security, and Data Science teams. Drive AI-first strategy by identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows and business processes.
- Build execution frameworks for large-scale engineering initiatives from concept through production. Establish technical roadmaps, program milestones, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. Drive adoption of engineering best practices including: AI-assisted software development Developer productivity Platform engineering Cloud-native architectures Automation DevSecOps Translate executive vision into actionable engineering programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Facilitate technical design discussions while understanding architecture trade-offs and engineering constraints.
- Remove organizational blockers and align multiple engineering organizations toward common objectives.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to measure engineering efficiency, AI adoption, and program success. Influence without authority across geographically distributed engineering teams.
