What You'll Do

As a Solution Architect ? Pre-Sales at LevelShift, you will:

? Engage with customers to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and transformation objectives while identifying value-driven solution opportunities.

? Collaborate with sales teams during RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes by preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and effort estimations.

? Design end-to-end enterprise solution architectures across cloud platforms, CRM, ERP, AI, automation, and integration ecosystems.

? Conduct client presentations, workshops, demos, and technical advisory sessions to communicate solution value and business outcomes.

? Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility, smooth handover, and strategic alignment with customer goals.

How this role uses AI

? Should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and improve productivity while ensuring responsible AI adoption and governance.

? Utilize AI-assisted proposal generation, requirement analysis, architecture documentation, effort estimation, solution recommendations, and presentation preparation to enhance pre-sales efficiency.

? Leverage AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform AI capabilities, and enterprise AI frameworks to build intelligent, future-ready solutions.

Your Skillset

? 10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Enterprise Architecture, or Solution Consulting roles.

? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Strong expertise in enterprise technologies including Microsoft platforms, cloud solutions, CRM, ERP, AI, automation, and integration architectures.

? Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.

? Strong understanding of enterprise applications including CRM and ERP solutions.

? Experience designing AI-driven, automation, and RPA-enabled business solutions.

? Proven expertise in preparing technical proposals, solution architecture documents, effort estimations, and architecture diagrams.

? Strong client engagement skills with experience conducting workshops, presentations, demos, and advisory sessions.

? Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.

? Ability to work with enterprise customers on large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.

? Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

? Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, Enterprise Architecture, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or cloud technologies are highly desirable.
