Role Title

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst – Application Access Provisioning

Role Purpose

Provides key representation for, and source of expertise on all issues with relevant subject matter. Work with our business partners (IAM teams around the Group) to implement effective information technology processes to achieve the business partner’s objectives. Delivery services in accordance with Service Level and Performance Level agreements. IAM Security processes are 24/7 and many are business critically fully migrated teams.

Key Responsibilities

Access Provisioning & Administration

• Process user access requests, modifications, and revocations for business applications in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
• Perform Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) access activities.
• Validate approvals and ensure requests comply with access governance requirements.
• Provision and maintain user entitlements across various applications and platforms.
• Execute emergency and privileged access requests in accordance with approved procedures.
• Support bulk access provisioning and remediation activities.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, User Administration, Service Desk, or Application Support roles.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, or IAM-related certifications are desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a large enterprise environment.
• Exposure to audit and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting access certification campaigns and entitlement reviews.
• Understanding of privileged access management concepts and controls.

Key Performance Indicators

• Access requests processed within agreed SLAs.
• Accuracy and quality of provisioning activities.
• Compliance with audit and security requirements.
• Reduction in access-related incidents and rework.
• Customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback.
• Successful support of access certification and remediation activities.
