Scrum Master(Agile Methodology, Client Handling, Reporting)

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure consistent Agile execution.
  • Coach team members on Scrum principles, Agile mindset, and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery predictability and quality.
  • Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments; escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to protect sprint goals.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog readiness, prioritization discussions, and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Drive client handling activities: manage expectations, communicate progress, and facilitate alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain delivery transparency using Agile metrics and reporting (e.g., sprint progress, velocity trends, burn-down/burn-up, risks/issues).
  • Support multi-team coordination where applicable, ensuring dependency management and consistent ways of working across squads.
  • Promote a healthy team culture by encouraging collaboration, accountability, and constructive conflict resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodology and Scrum practices, including facilitation and coaching of teams.
  • Proven experience in client handling, stakeholder communication, and managing delivery expectations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining clear delivery reports and status updates for internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or complex programs with cross-team dependencies and shared milestones.
  • Strong reporting and storytelling skills—able to translate metrics into insights, actions, and clear executive-ready updates.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives using retrospective outcomes and measurable team health indicators.
  • Strong facilitation skills for client workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and alignment meetings.
  • Exposure to Agile scaling practices and working with distributed teams across time zones.
