Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations,

communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires good

communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)

• Track and monitor live diagnostic appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely sample collection and coordination with vendors/labs.
• Monitor report generation timelines and ensure reports are delivered on time.
• Escalate and resolve diagnostics-related issues with vendors promptly.
• Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the diagnostics journey.
• Handle diagnostics upselling through customer calls and interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate diagnostic appointments efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal coaches and Customer Success teams for diagnostics-related queries and support.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvements for better service delivery.

Key Requirements

● 1 - 5 years of experience in operations or similar role

● Good communication and coordination skills

● Ability to manage multiple tasks

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
