- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures, including the installation and maintenance of security systems and procedures to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, including identifying and mitigating safety hazards and implementing safety training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
- Manage facilities maintenance and operations, including managing repairs, maintenance schedules, and renovations as needed.
- Develop and implement attendance policies and procedures, including time and attendance tracking systems and reporting.
- Manage and oversee the work of maintenance staff, security staff, and attendance staff as necessary.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance security, safety, compliance, facilities, and attendance operations.
- Develop and manage budgets for security, safety, compliance, facilities, and attendance departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, safety management, compliance management, facilities management, or attendance management.
- Knowledge of building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
- Experience managing a team of employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
